Got a large box full of 12” Record mailers, some with specific padded inserts and some without. Prob about 40 all in used once condition. There’s a small box of 7” ones too. Never had any complaints when I’ve reused them.

If it helps, the two measurements you really need there are the hole sizes, records are in imperial measurements, the 45rpm record hole is 1.5” and the spindle size is 5/16”

Wouldn't know who to specifically ask for such a small job, a hobbyist is prob the best bet. I would happily pay you if you did find some time to do them. I would give it a go myself if I had access to a metal lathe tbh!

I think its a PHM9 prob from the years you think it is - High Modulus = HM.

PHR7 could also come in the same 2 bolt clamp but would weigh more than PHM9.

Seat tube height determines size - yours is a Small like mine.

The taller thin seat tube version you can see online I believe is the earliest version, second came single bolt then I assume then two bolts. Might be worth emailing NJS Export?
