I have just got an iPhone so have no need for either of these anymore.
iPod Touch 8gb. Very good condition, only about 3 months old. Comes with box, usb lead, ear phones and a silicone case and two apple stickers. It has spent most of its life in the case so there is some slight scuffing on the chrome side.** £80.**
Blackberry Curve 8520 (on Orange). Excellent condition, less than a month old. Comes with box, charger and earphone/microphone. £90.
I will add pictures tonight when I get home if there is any interest.
Pick up only I'm afraid from East London. I live in Mile End, and work just off Brick Lane.
Thank you.

Dear Mrs Harvey,
I have just read your article in the London Evening Standard, dated 7th December 2009, regarding the danger that cyclists pose to pedestrians on the streets of London and the need to enforce road laws more stringently with them.
I have noted that you were quoted as reporting "We're always getting little old ladies who are knocked down and abused by a cyclist [sic], who leave them on the ground as they ride away."
I have a number of questions regarding this statement that I hope you may be able to answer for me;
Firstly, how frequently do these sort of incidents actually happen, you state ‘always’, if your quote was indeed verbatim, can you put any kind of numerical figure on this information.
Secondly, I am very interested to know the source of the data that has informed your statement, namely the data the specifically refers to ‘little old ladies’ and cycle accidents in London. Is it possible to see this data? It sounds like a fascinating data set.
Thank you very much in advance and I look forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes

Made a bit of a measuring fail when I bought these earlier today from JD, steerer is too short for my bike.
http://www.londonfgss.com/thread33226.html
Carbon blades, alloy steerer (188mm long, 1/18th). Very good condition.
I paid £40 for them and would like to make my money back, would also swap for something similar with a longer steerer (220mmish).
Pick up/ viewing from Brick Lane/ Mile End only.
Dibs followed by serious PM's please.
Thank you.

Just spotted this on Gumtree
http://www.gumtree.com/london/84/49079184.html
Description looks a little bit brief and price a little cheap for the obvious time that has gone into converting it.
Apologies if it's legit.

i'm getting bored of people pointing out how much someone got something off ebay for. it's suggesting the price being asked for isn't worth it because it was cheaper last time it was sold.
if you don't think something's worth the asking price, pm the person with an offer and let them decide whether they want to come down a bit. if everyone thinks it ain't worth it no-one will take it. if you're not interested in it anyway then i don't see the point. but we all watch ebay and are well aware of people's mark-ups.
whether you intend it or not, it just comes across like you're trying to scupper someone's sale, which is lame as far as I'm concerned.
+1

First up a pair of black (and covered in stickers) 700c forks. *1 1/8*th, 220mm length steerer. 100mm spacing. Star nut is a bit bodged in (See pics) but works fine and they're off a unicac. £10.

And secondly (very off topic) a 156 Burton Motion snowboard, about 10 years old. Good for a beginner £45 ono.http://img692.imageshack.us/img692/8524/boardu.jpg
Both of these items are pick up only, I hate the Royal Mail. Forks can be picked up from Brick Lane during the day or Mile End in the evening. Board pick up from Mile End.

Just noticed this on the TFL website;
http://www.tfl.gov.uk/roadusers/cycling/11687.aspx
All about cyclists and HGV's (or LGV's).
Up for grabs today is a Velocity Deep V wheel set.
Black Velocity Deep V's, black spokes and black hubs.
Front is a 14&co build on an Ambrosio hub.
Rear was purchased from eBay, seems to be an unbranded hub.
Will include BLB 18t cog and BLB lock ring and one inner tube.
Roughly 6 months old, with average use.
SOLD SOLD SOLD
Pick up from East London. Unfortunately I can not post as I won't have time to get to the Post Office for a while.
