Hi Acliff,
I like the frame / build. I'm actually looking to buy a Caad 10 frameset myself. I'm trying to work out where I fall in their sizing 48cm/50cm. You couldn't give me a measurement from the centre of the BB to the saddle rails (nice arione too.)? My quandry is the distributors are not getting 48's in this year........... -

What they were saying might be BS..... Think they also said that there was the opportunity to make one - ride it, make one - ride it until they've got a frame that's just so. All over a much shorter time-span than carbon. Now this to me sounds about right if your talking about a mass produced carbon frame, but I couldn't say if its the case with your super high end (cervello / BMC's) that are produced in house?

Read the Roleur article, quite interesting. The tubing has been developed specifically for genesis by reynolds. One of the main advantages was that Reynolds dies are highly customizable and depending on tubing shapes / sizes there was the ability to fine tune the stiffness / ride quality to a higher degree than a carbon frame
Nice frame - don't like the graphics / paint job.

Yes yes - logo's ahoy (and do pinarellos actually count as porn?), but I saw one in Aberdeen, in the snow on sunday! The only difference was the wheels - carbon clinchers of some type (full record eps though). Seemingly the guy riding it was a legendary old 1st cat racer. In the flesh it was really f***ing nice!

Looks great conan, liking the citron (flam?) and single front ring, what cassette on back?
Yep, it's a cool metallic colour (citron I guess..). Just running a tiagra 10sp on a planet x wheel. I ordered the long cage mech by mistake, but it seems to work really well. Might change from the 48 up front to a 42 to give a nice high cadence gear range. But yeh, f***ing stoked. This bikes been used as a fixed gear pub bike, fixed tt (10 - 25.08), has been touring on Shetland and is going to see the winter out as my training bike.

this should be in functional bikes too

One of those rare times where the red hardware works.
I know the white cables, stylistically are fine - I still hate them though........ (just noticed the white canti's too _ hmmm) It is perfect though. Love Ritcheys!

Bob Jackson Vigorelli Track bike / single speed / fixie
Light weight, British built Bob Jackson, Reynolds 631 tubed 51cm seat tube c-t / 51cm top tube.
Mavic elipse hubs with h-son rims in near new condition , nitto jaguar stem, San Marco rolls saddle, salsa cross top brake, stronglight headset, miche primato seatpost, nitto chain tugs, sram chain.
Frame is 10 years old, I may part this bike out if there is interest. The bike is located in Dublin at the moment - obviously shipping would be something to sort out too.
Thanks
