Ableton Live8 + Apc 40 all the way bro

I've got a vci 100 in very good nick you could buy from me. Just have to check with a mate who's been trying it out first.

It also depends what program you are using - Traktor and VCI 100 are a marriage made in heaven. Ableton is an awesome program for djing, dropping loops on and live performance, but would render the vci 100 pretty useless...

neither have a soundcard as they're controllers only, and for djing having a seperate audio interface is the only way to go. I've got the vestax and its the bollocks. All depends on which program you're looking at using.

I think we should offer a phalanx of fixed riders to escort PH from the shop till he gets the hang of it, and give him some free beer tokens to be redeemed at a beers of his choice. I'd volunteer if I weren't out in the sticks and nursing a sore butt. PH may seem a bit namby-pamby asking if he should ride home, but he's got some balls in surfacing among us lot and asking a newb question out loud. Hats off to the man! Time he gets home he'll know if fixed is for him or not. Good luck dude!

how long are both sets of forks?

Doeas anyone know how good armourtex are at powder coating lugs a different colour to the rest of the frame. Have an old Falcon frame with nice lugs and wanted to have the frame off white and the lugs red. Good idea? Also, what prep do I need to do? Have stripped 98% of the paint and nearly lost all the rust, is that good enough?
