i can get my feet in mine, but they dont go far enough forward, so im almost pedalling with my toes,
is that the same problem as you?
although size 15 is abit excessiveYeah thats the problem i have with cages, get very uncomfortable very quickly! Have you ever tried holdfasts as they look kind of small?
As much as i love SPDs for mountainbiking or velodrome i really like being able to cycle to the pub or into town then not have to bring spare shoes (size 15s take up a lot of bag space). The washering and spacering does make sense but i think i would still have trouble with the width and getting dead toes.

.....they need big toe clips.
I have size 15 plates of meat and have been using a V8 homemade webbing belt powergrip combi but i have a new bike and it frankly looks a bit shit on my nice new steed so would like to get something 'proper'.
I have never been able to find big enough clips and straps and i dont think they exist and the other obvious choice is Holdfast (or similar straps) but i just think they are way too expensive for what they are! If anyone has a similar problem or knows any good solutions then let me know.

Hey all having a clearout of my room and cupboards and have boxes and boxes of assorted clapper loader shit that i dont need and always get more of after each film i do. Would love to give away to a good home ie camera trainees looking to start building their kit up, anyone who makes their own films who could use it or even stills photographers could maybe find it useful.
Its a bit of a messy mixture of old and new but is made up of all kinds of cans of antiflare, kenair, WD40, Silicone, Solvent as well as assorted pens, lens cleaning stuff, neg sheets, cans, bags & cores, there is also odd clapper boards and general chutney. Also loads of rolls of multi colored camera tape which is useful for most everything on set and in life.
Theres also a few short ends of S16 (mostly Fuji 500T) which is a year old but you are welcome to but should probably clip test first. Also have a bunch of 35mm short ends (Kodak 500T) which i would like to keep for myself but if you can prove that you will use them for something then rather you use them than i save em for a rainy day. The 35mm is guaranteed good as they are only a couple of weeks old.
Anyway, if anyone wants to come down and have a rummage then drop me a line, its all in Herne Hill.

OK last for sale post then i can finally go get the new bike and start riding rather than wheeler dealing:
61cm 2008 Fuji Track Frame, Fork, Headset, Stem, Seatpost and UN52 BB. SOLD
Somewhat tatty round the edges after a years use and has a dent in the seat tube from where the bike got vandalised but still rides fine and is solid but is something to be aware of. All in all though its a good frame for a beater and i would keep hold of it if i didnt think my flatmate would kick me out for cluttering the balcony with more bits.
Cash and collection in Herne Hill or i will be in central london tomorrow (Friday)
Cheers

**Now willing to split, see prices per part but still available as a whole for £200***
I have found myself a shiny new bike to buy and force myself to go to the velodrome more so am selling my trusty 61cm 08 Fuji Track which has lots of extra bits on it now and i think would probably be classed more as a beater now than a track bike. This bike has done me proud for the last year and has put in a lot of miles around town, round HH velodrome and has been on some very long rides. It is pretty tatty around the edges and has a dent in the seat tube but is a really good and solid bike. I am 6'5" and have ridden it with the seat pretty high so should suit anyone 6'+.Original Fuji Frame, Forks, Headset, Stem, Drops, Chainset (48t) and Seatpost.** £80**
ST C2C 57cm C2T 61cm TT C2C 59cm.
******Frame has a big dent in the seat tube down by the BB where some dicks tried to steal it and instead just smashed it up but although it looks bad i have ridden it as normal ever since without any movement, creaks or worries and i weigh 16 stone. I honestly don't think that it is a problem for normal use around town as the frame is made of some pretty heavy duty steel. See pics but please do not pass judgement on it*******Other than that:
Rear black B43 on silver BLB hub with 15 and 18t cogs and gatorskin tyre. £80 wheel £90 with tyre and tube
Front Mavic Open Sport on Sora hub with handy allen key bolt and tyre £40
Charge risers with Goldfinger lever and Tiagra front caliper. £30
Selle XO saddle and DMR V8 PedalsLooking to get PRICE DROP £210 for it but if no one takes it built will split it if anyone wants any bits on its own and will have a think about prices.
Collection in Herne Hill or as i am not working this week could meet central if needed
Cheers
