That bit on the A406 might be a bit too exciting... :-)

How about carrying on the 503 up the A10 then run west parallel (and north of) to the A406.

I say this without knowing if that part of the 406 is dodgy to cycle on, but from driving on it, it won't be pleasant.

Just been doing my packing for Super Brevet Scandinavia (on of the 1200s). All of a sudden it looks really scary and up close..

I wish I'd have known about this one.. the route looks really cool. Deffo one for next year!
