my 1st post since getting out of the nursery...
So i picked up a nice pantographed Cinelli stem from TDV in the summer (cant go back for a refund now...) and it has some hairline fractures around the handlebar securing bolt - im wandering if these could be welded full, then filed/polished down, and if so if anyone here has the ability/inclination in return for beer perhaps?
