http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/SearchResults.aspx?Search=truing - heres some other stands
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=32193 - heres the park one i wasnt thinking of but its £80 hard to argue with a price like that from parkEDIT - oh and if you do decide to get one of these (or anything from CRC) don't buy it from there if its out of stock, im still waiting 3 months on for some out of stock pedals, only bad experience, anything in stock should be with you within a week (in my case so far)

Hi Guys,
I was thinking of building up a frame (im probably looking for some old raleigh or peugeot frame, so until i've got that i cant start, obviously!) i have about £500 budget and was not sure where to put the money, i was looking at hubjub and, god, those nitto bars, got to have one of them, probably one of the drops so thats about £45 gone, then a seguino crank (the cheapest) £65 and then im am lost on which wheels to buy, im going to try and use the headset on the frame, and il probably buy a stronglight stainles steel ring and a dura ace cog for the wheel, a KMX chain (whatever i need 1/4 / 3/38" etc) a shimano BB oh an a nitto stem (possibly) if anyone has any parts going spare i might take snap them up :) oh and tyres, how much should i spend and which should i get i heard those soma everwears are good but at £40 a tyre, thats ridiculous (in my opinion) hehe.Anyway, thanks (oh and any links to older threads would be very helpful as well, and i have searched around a fair bit)
