Very tempted. What is the rear dropout spacing and is it drilled for brakes with allen key or nutted fittings?
Dropout spacing is 126mm. I do know it takes up to 8s, as I have seen a couple old FullPros equipped with 8s including STI. I even know a veteran who still uses his FullPro with that setup in competition!

The Team Miyata on the catalogue page posted by dmczone was a bike in the Miyata US line up. In Europe we had 'Koga Miyata'. In a part of Europe (Scandanavia) and the rest of the world the 'Miyata' brand was carried. Miyata was positioned a little different. Koga Miyata was premium and did only high end bikes. Miyata had a wide line up of bicycles, though in every class they offered the neatest and most competent in the market place.
The Team Miyata is in fact a FullPro counterpart. In Europe only Dura Ace EX or AX was specced by Koga, but in the US there also existed a Team Miyata SL with Campagnolo Super Record.
The IJsboerke and Capri Sonne teams raced Koga FullPros. Of course Miyata elsewhere also benefitted from the successes.

Offering 1984 Koga Miyata FullPro frame and early 80s Dura Ace Dyna Drive ensemble
The FullPro
Top of the line frameset of Miyata of Japan, a major company that from the late 70s on pretty much marginalized all than existing industry. By early 70s everybody was still laughing about the Japanese, a decade later they had wiped the competition away with flawless Japanese quality at a sympathic price point. Imo this frame is the best put together offering of the era by an 'off the shelf' manufacturer and it is also better put together than expensive offerings from by far most great names in Italy. The frame raced by the IJsboercke and Capri Sonne team in the late 70s and early 80s.
Frame is completely built using Miyata's own (yes, they had an own tubing mill) Hardtlite FM-1 tubing. Neat microfusion lugs show nice 'M' cutouts. Bottom bracket shell is open with cut outs in the same 'M' shape. There are Miyata logo engravings present on top the flat crown fork.
Miyata did supply the frame to Koga of the Netherlands. Koga assembled the frame with Dura Ace EX or the frame left Koga as frame only option.
Features:
- full Miyata Hardtlite FM-1 tubing
- microfusion lugs, 'M' cutouts (painted gold)
- microfusion crown, Miyata logo engravings (painted gold)
- open bottom bracket shell
- Shimano drop outs and little frame parts (horizontal EF rear dropout)
- chromed fork and tail
- blue/gold, 7 step coat
- Seattube: 60cm c-t
- Toptube: 570mm
Condition:
This is the kind of frame that looks great from a distance, but shows a couple nasty spots up close. In particular on the headlugs rust present. It is reflected in the price of this frame. Structurally the frame is 100% sound. Frame will build great rider.Comes with:
- Dura Ace EX bottom bracket in great shape
- seatpost binder bolt

a scruffy AA or AA Super in Germany not advertised quite correctly ? the cable guide look like they are inside the tube
pictures not very good
It is an AA-Special. The internal routing and engravings on top crown (Gazelle in circle) tells us it is no AA. It is also not the SWB AA-Super model. Defo AA-Special. Slightly odd with this frame is the decal on the top tube. Not that it mentions only "Champion" is odd, as that is normal for models sold on the German market. The use of block-letters is unusual, as that is from an earlier era. Maybe Gazelle ran out * Italic "Champion"* decals when this frame was made?

lets get this thread back on track less batavus more gazelle
nice TT frame on ebay
Just my size too might have a stab at it !!
That frame was previously owned by me. When the seller got it it was NOS. I already than learnt he was a very busy guy and apparently he never came to building it.
The blue is a really beautifull blue.it was very hard to let it go, but it was part of a lot that I had bought with a friend and I couldn't keep everything.
I know the seller also owns a Jubile that is also previously owned by me.

Building of the TI Raleigh team bikes was done by Legrand or went under his supervision.
Legrand was also involved in the design of the later Panasonic PR-6000 teamsbicycles. Panasonic evolved from TI Raleigh. Legrand also built a small number under his own label.

KOGA-MIYATA With full Dura Ace AX Throughout £250 starting... eBay Auction UK
Okay, when seeing your link I immediately thought an ueberrare FullPro-L or even FullPro-A, but no, it is a still nice 'regular' FullPro with a couple AX upgrades. Some parts incorrectly specced as 'AX' are still original Dura Ace EX, like mechs and (Dyna Drive) cranks.
The geometry of the frame is designed with the Dyna Drive pedals in mind (they position your feet right in the center of the virtual spindle), so this 49cm c-c frame is in reality a 52cm c-t. The green sticker present on the frame is confirming that.

how did it go in the snow?
It is a Champ in the snow. I had a very enjoyable ride. The bike masters bumpy section quite well, due to it's huge hoops and tallness. On the other hand a comfortable experience was underminded by the shellac cotton wrap and absence of hoods. The cockpit is also not the right one for me. For riding I need to construct another. I need a 1 or 2cm shorter stem, a wider bar, hoods and the current routing of the mech cable sucks. It leaves at the brake lever and it fights a continious battle with my thumb. That the stem has to go is a little bummer. Current one is a neat Cinelli 1R with brake cable routing through the stem. If anyone knows a source for alike stems, please let me know. Alternatively I could consider having one modified.
The Batavus is quite well preserved. According to the seller it hadn't been used for over 20yrs. It was covered in an oily substance and parked away. This created a bit a 'dirty' look over time for which the seller multiple times apologized. I am gratefull instead, as the residu can be wiped away with WD-40, while I know that would not have been the case with rust. The seller were unsure on whether I would take it till the last moment, while I were enthousiastic about it all the time and the asking was also not that opportunistic that carefull consideration was an absolute necessity. On my 1st ride it didn't explode under me, so to me it looks like money well spent.
A couple more pictures >>>

Notice the pinstriping and painted lug-cutouts. Quite a fancy touch for a bike you drag into the mud ins't it?Not the usual Batavus headbadge, but 'Batavus' painted on the headtube. Glimpse of the Zeus crown >

Page of the 1995 catalogue, for as far I know the last year they did the fine steel frames. You could buy finished bike or opt for frameset only. There were many custom options available, like in tubing, braze ons, chrome etc.
The bike pictured in the catalogue uses SLX tubing. The seatstay tops tell you, as they differ from the wrap over tops present on the 531P, SL or SP frames.

Maybe a little steep, but.... nice!
I spot a AA-Super decal, while it is a pre AA-Super era AA. Not the 1st frame they put the incorrect model designation on after a repaint.

Lush Gazelle panto'ed shifters included.
I am sorry. It is really gone.
Something very different: I happen teo have a Batavus Professional in same size. About the same condition. It is a quite unique SL thoroughbred. Normally Batavus were specced with SP for the larger sizes. 145GBP including shipping (frame)
