Mmm. I guess stages is hands down the easiest to swap..
Swapping a full BSA chainset over is no more onerous. It's the same number of things to loosen and tighten. In fact the 3d P2M is more simple as it only has one pinch bolt, and you don't have to flip that annoying little tab washer out (assuming Shimano Stages that is).

Are there any p2m users here who regularly swap between bikes? How much wrenching is required?
Yes, I do, almost every other day! I swap my rotor 3d P2M between my club run bike and my crit bike for each training ride / crit! (I usually race at least once a week, usually 2-3 times). Takes all of 5 mins, and one of the major selling points of this system. (That and my crit bike had a BSA BB).

I usually file the ends after snipping which removes any burrs that might snag the cable, and also makes the ends nice and square.
This is how I finished every brake cable I installed when I was still working as a mechanic. Brakes with just snipped otters feel horrid in comparison. I'm surprised more decent bike shops don't do this tbh.
Nice build btw.

I recently bought a pair of track wheels second hand for the hubs. I have no need for the rims (I don't ride tubular).
Both rims are 700c, 28h, 18mm wide, and are for tubular tires.
Condition is excellent. They have clearly never been braked on, there are no dents, scratches or cracks on either rim. They could easily pass as NOS. Tires have been fitted, but all the glue residue has been removed with no resulting marking to the rim bed. They appear to have been built by Mercian Cycles in Derby, each rim has a sticker adjacent to the Wolber sticker confirming this. Both the Mercian and Wolber stickers are in excellent condition. They are incredibly light, at a quoted 348g a rim! Nice rounded 'v' cross section, dificult to see in the photos.
More details on the rims here:

The Ridgeback Solo was virtually identical to the old flyer, except for having clearance for mudguards, and eyelets for both guards and a rack. It sounds like the new Flyer has amalgamated both bikes. They also seem to have downgraded it even further, I dont think it offers good vfm at all really (unless Im that far behind the times).
I'll give you the 2nd one. Proprietary BB? Only the 3d24 track. The others can use any brand of BB you care to buy. I use a 7900 one with mine, faultless.
Is yours BB30 or GXP?
