Selling my synapse carbon
Had just over a year. Been lovely and still works great.
One major issue you need to note and it regards sizing. The seatpost has been bonded to the frame as there was play between clamp and seatpost so measurements for legs need to be spot on to get best ride from it. So here goes
Center bb - Seattube + seatpost length 29 1/2 inches (75cm)
Center bb - top of saddle 30 3/4 inches (78cm)
Toptube (measured from side center back to center front) 21 1/4 inches (54cm)
Head tube 16cm
Wheelbase 99cm
Front wheel mavic cxp 28h laced to felt hub michelin pro 4 tyre
Rear wheel proprietary felt alloy 28h with ultegra 11-28 11 speed cassette michelin pro 4 tyre
Shimano Ultegra 6800 groupset with dura ace 7900 brakeset and dura ace 7800 crankset (175 length arms, 56/44 shimano 105 inner ring) fitted with white shimano 520 mtb pedals. Brand new sram chain fitted yesterday.
Superlogic one piece carbon bar/stem 40cm wide, 12.5cm drop, 8.5cm reach.
Cannondale bottle cages. Hand sanded down the forks and seatpost.
Currently has a genesis saddle but can chamge to unbranded carbon black saddle on request
Never been raced or crashed. Strictly commuting and the odd sportive. Current weight 7.5kg

1. 36 hole front wheel clincher. Bolt on axle. Exile rim sturney archer track front hub, decent wheel not much wear to brake track. £20
   
2. 650c mavic open pro clincher front wheel. 32 hole built on to formula hub. Bolt on axle. Throw in a few extra tyres with variable wear. Good condition £25.
   
3. Mavic cxp22 front wheel. Couple spokes missing. Will build into a decent wheel. £10
   
4. Mavic ksyrium equipe rear wheel 11speed. A bit of rim wear on the brake track and bite marks from cassette but still got life to it. £30
   
5. Mavic ksyrium SSC front wheel. Lovely wheel. Would keep if I had a matching pair but I dont so got to go. £50
   
6. 28hole felt 11speed rear wheel. Nice wheel but again no need for it so has to go £35

Clearing the hoard bit by bit so first come first served. Starting with rims.
WOLBER PROFIL 36 HOLE ALLOY CLINCHERS PAIR £20. Originally built them up with shimano dura ace low flange track hubs but as I already have high flange track flip flop hubs couldn't justify keeping them so took them apart. Will sell hubs at somr point later. Not bad condition for age can still be built into decent wheels, before splitting they were true.

CARBON FIBRE CLINCHER 28 HOLE 24mm DEPTH. These rims are deadstock rims once sold by Tokyo fixed gear. Still have a pair attached to my dura ace flip flop high flange hubs and still running lovely. Never been laced and any marks are storage marks only. £50 each or £85 the pair.

About to sell the fame completely built up now. On ebay if anyone is interested.

I got the bike back. Thankfully in rideable condition. Going through a DIY respray. Will post picks when bike is complete

Sram omnium crankset 165mm 144bcd has strap rub on the arms but otherwise in good condition. barely used and have the external bearings left on to put into your frame if needed from wheels mfg BB30. £75

Thun aero coronado 170mm square taper. Will need to source proprietary bolts to get a chainring to work on it. pictures show it built up but now no chainring or bolts. Also heavily banged from me hammering it to get it off my bike. £2 or a couple large packs of haribo starmix.

SR Japan 165mm crankset Square taper. old but not cold. both chainrings there £5
no proprietary bolts but can dig in the bags and give you some old bolts if needed.
