It's not. the frame received a new gilco top tube, though not the same as the others.

Yes i did put it on the concrete floor and lean it against the wall. No major damage done. If you want you can see it in person and judge for yourself. Just picked up from the painter today.

The post is the one that goes with frame so dont think it's that. Either way its been professionally secured permanently now so no play to worry about. So make sure you measure yourself, current bike or bike fit to make sure it will work for you. Had the bike over a year now no problems.
