I dont think so . . . Unless you referring to a user on here called Mr Sheen. In which case the answer is still no. Or the fictional cleaning product representative?

I do ride around in Sheen though. Black Pashley, Silver Velocity front and H Plus rear. Always see people riding around but no names.

So a couple of months ago I decided that I'd venture out for my first relatively long ride, to Amsterdam and really break in my latest conversion (hopefully not literally). So I decided I best train abit so I don't end up puffing behind the rest of the group. After 2 or 3 circuits of Richmond Park I started getting mad pain in my wrists and my lower back.
The bicycle is a little on the small side for me and I do realise this is probably the main cause of my greevance. However seeing as I'm sure alot of you on here ride a fair bit I was wondering if you could give any advice on trying to alleviate this problem by fitting the bicycle differantly, as well as what works for you. I do know there are articles online that talk of the perfect fitting of a bicycle but Id rather have some advice from the people on the road. If thats not too much to ask.
(If you thought this would be about Pirates and were disapointed I do appologise)

Here's a little project that I hope to get cracking on in a month or so, and finish during the summer:
Turn this:
into this, but with coaster hub brake only:
with the fenders, chain casing, rear (and maybe front) rack, and rear wheel housing of this:
all powdercoated in seafoam green:
So the first thing I need to do is decide on a wheelset. The rear hub will probably be a Velosteel coaster hub from Bikefix, but I don't know about the front hub or rims yet. Any suggestions? I am after an understated look, so maybe something like a Mavic Open Pro in silver? I will want to run 25 or 28 tyres.
Second question is whether I would even be able to find the full chain casing for sale. My gut feeling is that these are made for specific bikes, so I probably won't be able to find anything designed as an aftermarket add-on. It has to be able to stand up to being powdercoated. Anyone have any experience with these?
Haha! I just converted my Guv'nor. I got some of the parts to sell if anyone wants them. A set of wheels with those white tyres and those rather handsome moustache bars. Let me know if anyone wants them. Will post the pick of the conversion soon.

@ Archi: Apart from the obvious fakenger kudos that goes with bag (which I am trying to avoid) I'm trying to cut back on cost. I cant see myself spending a mint for a bag. I know they say they are the best but somehow I'm just not hooked at that price tag (unless someone can convince me that is). Although to be honest SAG arent that cheap either.
Seeing as no-one knows much about them I think I'll order one. I read some stuff on Highsnobiety about the bags and they seem to be a fan so I'll let you know.
I just got back from cycling to Amsterdam (fixed, naturally) and just wanted to give a bit of love to the North Sea Cycle Route.
It goes all the way round the North Sea (No shit!) and is just beautiful. The roads are always perfectly smooth and just a joy to ride down. If you get tired the beach is only a few meters away. Anyway just thought that this is a useful route for those that plan on riding anywhere near it.

Have fun!
