Any tips for getting the most out of the Blenheim Forge sharpening class?

Saw it recommended on this thread and I'm going on Saturday. I'm new to sharpening having watched a few videos and have had a go at sharpening the basic knives we have.

Selling this unwanted gift on behalf of a family member, opened and worn perhaps a handful of times.

A 44mm Bluetooth watch in graphite with a 20mm silicone strap and battery health as expected/pictured with very little use.

I've set the watch up to check it works and will factory reset before posting.

My two cents in case helpful…

I started with kettlebells in lockdown and after a fair bit of research, bought a standard Rogue 16kg. I’ve since added a pair of competition style 12kgs and a pair of 8kgs from Wolverson.

I’ve found the 16kg the most useful all round (for me), adding the 12kgs and 8kgs for higher repetition pressing movements. I did have a 20kg for a while but didn’t use it much. I prefer the standard shape as I find the added size of the competition style can make them harder to hold in some movements like the goblet squat.

Echoing dst2’s comments – I think an 8kg and a 12kg might be a good start. I found the 16kg surprised me at first and took me some time to master. Kettlebell weights don’t translate like-for-like with dumbells.

Black Sheep merino jersey – medium: £22 posted/SOLD
Good condition – bought in the hope it would be pink, suggest it’s more of a red marl. A more close-fitting medium measuring 44cm pit-to-pit.

Morvelo short sleeve floral jersey - medium: £12.50 posted
Fair condition – a couple of marks as pictured. Again, a little more fitted as a medium. I measure this to be 48cm pit-to-pit.

Morvelo short sleeve navy/purple jersey - medium: £15 posted
Good condition – a little roomier medium compared to the two jerseys above but still measures 48cm pit-to-pit as per the other Morvelo jersey.

North Face Long sleeve base layer – medium: £10 posted
Fair condition – some pilling as pictured but plenty of life left. Care instruction has faded but I think it’s made of your standard wicking material, measures 48cm pit-to-pit.

Neck tubes x2: Free/posted at cost
I have two black neck tubes in fair condition that are surplus to requirements. Shorter in length than the traditional Buff, I can take pictures/measurements if helpful.

Porlex coffee grinder - £25 posted/SOLD

Selling as no longer use this having gone electric and would rather someone get some use out of it. I think I bought this years ago as my first grinder from Artisan Roast’s shop on Gibson Street in Glasgow.

I’ve tried to picture any wear as best I can. There’s some play between the handle/star nut but this doesn’t affect use. Also included is an additional top ceramic burr included having dropped/broken the original bottom section.
