I'm looking for a 6700 left shifter. Not to worried about the condition of the levers or the hood. Mainly after the body and mechanism and mine has failed.

Pretty sure I have a few 1” A-head stems. Will check the parts box in the morning if you are still looking.

You can also use a 1 1/8th with a spacer.

Hard to tell as it depends on many things. Riding style, leg length, power, gear selection, etc etc.

I’m 6’3” (1.92cm) but ride 170 cranks on all my bikes because my focus is track racing, track bikes have 170mm cranks and I can sustain high cadence (130-145rpm) for long periods.

I have an R8000 crankset. 175 53/39. Had limited use as I swapped it out for a 170 shortly after getting the bike.
