I'm happy with my time atac pedals, almost a year i'm using them and only had 2 or 3 insteances of them unclipping unintentionally but that was me swinging on the bike too much I guess and not the fault of the pedal itself. Basically if I go over excited while skidding sometimes I twist my foot too far and unclip it - that's my explanation. That's me having them on the lightest setting. I used to use spd's before (the 20 quid ones - the cheapest ones) before that and they were also fine however they were unclipping too often and I got fed up dancing in the middle of the road on one leg becouse of that.
Initially I thought that times are TOO secure and wouldn't unclip in case of fall but had few accidents of them and unclipping during accident isn't an issue eiter, love clipless for that over straps:)edit: currently using Specialized BG Sport MTB shoes - no cleat scratch, good price/performanc compromise (more towards price). I used sonomas before - some cleat scratch but quite comfortable to walk (used to spend whole day at work in them)

thats handy indeed Ed, they should've done it 3 weeks ago before I went to Poland for holiday, at that time I had to do it all manually (did take few pictures handheld with different exposures and merged them with Photomatix Pro) and the worst thing is that it didn't work, I only managed one picture that way and even though its not perfectly done, some artifacts visible:

Thanks for the Welcome.
The ride was excellent and took 8-9 days. We cycled from London to Harwich then took a ferry overnight to Esjburg in Denmark. Headed south through Denmark and into Germany where we picked up the Rhine and followed it to Dresden. The whole route was pretty flat, which was good as we carried our tents and kit, and the only real climbs were as we crossed the Czech Boarder before cycling down to Prague. I probably could have done with some slicks and done away with the suspension forks, but keeping them meant that I could go offroad at times. There was an excellent Beer festival in Prague when we finished and I would reccomend the route to anyone.
Fuck me, that's a long way, I did 200km fixed in a day last time I went back to Poland and I couldn't sit on my bike for another 2 days + carrying all my belongings on the back :/
In other words: restekp!

Flying soon with WizzAir. Im gonna use a cardboard bike box from halfords, and going to wrap it in bubble wrap completely disassembled. Also gonna size the box down a bit so its compact.
The question is, does anybody know of any good insurance? All insurance companies I've checked can insure the belongings even up to 2k but single item 150 - 200 quid max? what to do if my bike (single item in the luggage) is 1000 quid?
