the likely hood of you getting your bike back is marginal, and what do you do during the time your waiting for the bike to be returned, probably you'll just claim on the insurance.
besides, why give all your detail about what you own to an online data storage company.

I just had an aluminium frame dip stripped, primed and powder coated for £30. Most places will sandblast for around £15-£20.

Like had already been said - you'll spend more on primer, paint and laquer cans than a pro job.
I had a frame dip stripped, primer and painted for £30! now thats cheap.
