@ White FLower - eh up lad. I would do Tower Bridge instead if London. There are some smaller streets between East Duwlich and the Bridge - have a look at Grange Rd, Dunton Rd, Sumner Rd, Rye Lane.
Aye soon as I get to know the roads a bit better I'll be avoiding pot-hole hell pal.
Borough high street is like a fucking Royal Rumble in the mornings.

I don't think it's possible to buy the Dia Compe brake as a mounting plate only. You'd likely be able to use a rear brake bolt or rear brake with some washers to mount it. Your best bet is to buy the Dia Compe brake and sell the components you don't need and replace the brake with you own. You could even scavenge parts from the Dia Compe brake.
Yeah maybe best. I have some nice Campag brakes I'll get rid of.

Got a geared 58cm giant OCR alloy bike - shiny red (by far the fastest colour, and scientifically proven ;) ) -with Sora STI gearing (triple chainset).
Located nr York.
Pics to follow, if you're interested (I'll have to take them in the garage this evening though!)
What's yer budget?
Budget is endless....No I don't really know, I'll have to see what fits really.
How much were you thinking posted to London?

Cool, just please make sure you don a fluro vest and try and be as ignorant as possible. No one else needs to use the roads you know? Don't look and put in some headphones.
