1 - Appropriately sized wrench to get the crank bolt off
2 - Crank puller and a lot of HTFU to get the cranks off
3 - I'm unsure of what BB you have so I don't know what BB removal tool you'll need. You might need a lockring tool if it's on tight and most likely one of these

Reverse the process (without he crank puller obv. to fit the Sugino 75 BB and cranks.

New frame is a Reynolds 531.

Just a crank puller and nothing else to put the new ones in?

Can't start my own thread for some reason.

However I'm a total build/maintenance novice and need some advice please?

What sort of BB do I need for my Sugino's pictured? Mine just broke like butter.

Also what sort of tools do I need to remove them from my current frame and put them on my new frame, with the new recommended BB?
