the bikes were horrible at first but they appear to have gotten much better... apart from those horrible cranks. the last thing that needs to be done to make them into a very nice singlespeed is to put a pair of the lasco cranks from velosolo on instead. (imo of course)

new forks for my fort arrived today so i thought i'd take a picture. thanks a million jimalex!

i'll probably get rid of the snow flake too. and i've got some clipless pedals to put on there when i get some shoes.

i saw someone apple core themselves before, it looks horrible. the bar went through just below his thumb, broke the bone and put a hole in his hand. i'd never cycle without bar ends now.
