i want to get a front to match my rear (which i think i paid too much for...).
so i want an electric blue velocity deepV machined. with black spokes to a campag mirage black hub (a road one so i can use a locking skewer i have).
im in manchester so i would have to order it unless GBH have the right rim. but how much is too much??

on another note. i wont use DHcyclesport on ebay.
i bought a set of 165 sugino cranks from them. not only did they supply 170's but they also sent bolts for a double chain rings. their "sustainable" pakaging (read one sheet of news paper and an old shoe box) meant that the chain set arrived scratched.no contact back from them after i emailed them.

people. i think i have been quite hasty offering this for £100.
i have just looked for the paperwork for it and found the original receipt for the compact crankset which was 80 alone. the whole thing now goes for £385.so... sorry to do this. £150 and its yours (postage still included)!!
if you think this is unreasonable give me a pm with an offer.
(people still in order that they sent me pm's) -

they have some vans era aimed at fixed gear riders in Office shoes. i got some yesterday with a voucher i have had since my birthday in november.
they are pretty good, just like the others but with refective material around the hole (bit where your foot goes in!), and on the back. and some chain design on the foot bed. nothing special really. -

I was thinking of having a go at this for a project, I have no idea how much of a nightmare it would be but it was my Dads old bike, who I lost to cancer in 2003, so thought would be nice to do a classic stripped back restoration of it as a bit of a tribute for him....
Any ideas or shed any light as to model etc or problems I will encounter along the way would be a help, as it is 27" wheels will it have enough clearence for 700c's to go on ??? and will the dropouts be long enough or will I have to go for one of the eccentric hubs ???
why not just return it to its old glory and make a beautiful touring bike, then errr...go touring. yes!

i came here to post his road bike, beaten to it. his TT is equally fucking hideous. looks like he is on drugs - what though, i have no idea.
(i know it shouldn't wind me up...but it does, why cant he toe the line and ride an Astana finished bike since thats the team he is in).
