I need to replace a cassette and have been trying without success to loosen a lockring on a standard Shimano HG50 cassette to the point that I've now even bent the chain whip.....It's something I've done many times successfully for customers on various wheels when removing cassettes over the last thirty years and I do have the proper Shimano tools for the job but this wheel has me beat, I've tried penetrating oil, using a vice plus using an extension bar on the spanner for the lockring tool but the end result now is a bent chain whip and a broken vice for my efforts, can anyone offer any advice? fingers crossed, Griff

Got a Canyon Ultimate CF-SL in the workshop that needs replacement bearings in the headset, the lower "crown race" bearing was very rusty and fell apart when I removed the forks with the upper section of this bearing still rusted and stuck inside, best measurement I can get is 48mm x 40mm.....question is does anyone know the correct replacement lower bearing size as the old one is in bits? any help/guidance gratefully received cheers Griff

No, not owned from new I bought it earlier this year as I had a spare groupset (see pic) but once built up just found it too big for me at 5'10" there's no evidence of any crashes just a few paint chips commensurate with its age, it seems to be in very good condition overall and well looked after can send more pics if needed......

I wonder if anyone can help, I need to refinish a 1990's steel frame but had no joy in tracking down a correct headbadge decal. I can provide a photo of what I need taken on the bike but apparently it needs to be a flat level print with no glare in order to be reproduced......question is would there be an app online that would convert the photo to the design needed? fingers crossed
