I have a 1990's steel frame with ultra close clearance on the rear triangle......vertical dropouts so no adjustment, question is what is the narrowest 700c tyre available that won't rub on the seat tube? at present it has 700/20c but even they're too close by about 1mm.....

Have a Shimano 105 10 speed short cage rear derailleur RD-5701 minus its jockey wheels for sale, in very good working order, as I live in N.Ireland am happy to post complete for £20.00

Is there any interest for these Campag Veloce calipers?, other than brake pads which were worn and O rings on the adjusters they are complete and in good working clean, cosmetic condition, I took these off a bike I bought awhile ago and found that one caliper had been filed down on the brake pad slot on one side?? (see pic) it doesn't affect operation and is obscured when pads are fitted, does a tenner plus post sound ok?

NOW MOVED AND ADVERTISED ELSEWHERE.....

I am having a declutter and was wondering if the following Shimano Tiagra 9 speed groupset would be of interest, it's all in good clean working condition, would be prepared to split if no interest in complete set,
FC-4400 double chainset 52/39 with 175mm cranks, pedal threads and tapers are good,
FC-4400 braze on front derailleur,
FC-4601 10 speed short cage rear derailleur with replacement jockey wheels, (works fine on 9 speed),
ST-4400 9 speed shifters, hoods good with no splits,
BR-4400 brake calipers (I think or equivalent!) plus life in the brake pads still!

.....would like to get £75.00 for the lot incl. posted UK (I'm not local in N.Ireland)

The Tiagra components chainset/shifters were on a 9 speed bike although the rear derailleur is RD 4601 which I think is a 10 speed.....no problems on indexing

Have a set of Shimano Tiagra (both derailleurs/shifters/chainset/brake stirrups in good useable condition plus reasonably priced, not local but can post, pm if interested

No worries, I got sorted out with a pair of 27"x 7/8" which are just the job!

What price are you wanting for the Conti's?

Awhile ago I bought a Rory O'Brien that was shod with 27 x 1" tyres, does anyone have a pair of this size or narrower?.....(27 x 1.1/4" are too wide) cheers Griff

see if this is ok for what you want? the lower picture looks to have a mark on the shaft under the micro clamp but just to reassure it is reflection only

I put up a similar request recently with nothing by way of positive response, Mercian couldn't help nor any of the other online specialists.......so once cleaned up I resorted to what Ken Bird used to do and fitted narrow World Champion bands round the centre

.....am building up a pair of vintage q/r wheels with Campag large flange Record hubs but they have missing oil clips (see pics), does anyone have a pair or even a single oil clip to sell at reasonable cost (eBay are ridiculously overpriced) can anyone give any pointers on where to get them? thanks Griff

Bit of a long shot but I hope someone can help or maybe point me in the right direction, I need to get hold of a Campagnolo Zonda front hub bearing cover (the one pictured with the 3mm allen key) I acquired the wheel a few weeks back but have only just noticed one side is missing therefore exposing the bearing, any advice gratefully received
