Of course, there's one on there as standard but it has been getting loose. After a short ride doing skids on damp road it's still moving, less but this is getting annoying
Would lock tight solve the issue?
With that much torque, I dont think loctite would make any difference. Do you have enough spare thread for a second lock ring? that would solve it for sure.
edit: Probably to do with poor tilerances on the threads if theyre cheaper hubs...

Since no-one's asked what size it is, I don't think any of the dibsers actually want to ride it. They just want to flog it for cold hard cash. :(
Nope, I just want the front end to get my bike up and running again, so I dont have to walk in to lectures in the cold, then I will pay for the postage to split the rest of the bike in pieces between the other forum members, on a first come, first served basis.

Personally, I'm not convinced that's a Colnago frame. Look at the quality of the edges of the headtube lugs...
