After months of not spotting anyone, this morning I had two spots that happened consecutively.

Firstly a chap on a chrome Bianchi jumping the red lights at junction where the strand meets Waterloo Bridge, I know you’re on here because you were wearing a black LFGSS cap with a blue strip.

And then moments later Emily, spotting me as I was vacantly riding through Covent Gardens. When are going to pop into my work next?

I ride a 49'' Orbit fixed conversion, called Purple George. I love it, he rides like a dream. I've also got a Brian Rouke track frame gathering dust, as I'm always preoccupied with non-bike related stuff. And I'm always skint. One day I'll do something with it.

No they won't Ghana will!!

i feel like doing it all over again next weekend! Well up for the Cambridge ride!

Highlights for me were:

Beautiful day
Lovely ladies to chat to
Eating a bacon sandwich at the half way mark
Spinning to win down a hill at 30+ miles per hour (according to claire's speedomita thingy)
Ice cream at the top of Bitchling
Beer and a fag on Brighton sea front

Lo lights:
The heat, sweeting and chafing
Losing some of the girls :(

As I have no rack for pannier I'm bagging it (more boil in the bag). Also taking along swimmers definately having a dip, once we get to the beach.

I don't use sun block regulary so if someone could give me a squeeze, that would be wicked.

Also aside from lycra, which I am wearing, I think I'm gonna need a cap or sunglasses for this, will pick some up while I'm in evans today getting a new front tyre as I've noticed the one I'm currently running is covered in lacerations :s

That's a snapping turtle.
Some dick head has released one of those into a pond about half a mile from my house. It's eaten the fish, frogs and ducks.
It is now the size of a dustbin lid.
It's head is about twice the size of a clenched fist.
I shall not be paddling in that particular pond, thank you very much.

i'm sorry for offending peoples sentiments. I'm not a fucked up person an don't usually go in for this stuff, its really messed up yet mesmerizing in a way. (I suppose that makes me a bit fucked up) I know its not a meme but man you got share this weird stuff! I didn't expect such an extreme reaction, after all its just the reality of nature and some fucked up shit happens out there. Hey at least it wasn't a repost.
