The Property Misdescriptions Act requires estate agent's measurements to be within 3 inches. They can't disclaim their way out of it, it's the law.
And I know what you're thinking (and you're right) knowledge like this makes me very popular at dinner parties.
Quoting repealed legislation makes you popular at dinner parties?

Ladies and Gentlemen,
My fiance is selling a fantastic Dutch bike for £160. We have owned it for the past couple of years but the bike hasn't seen many miles in that time.
Doesn't appear to have a brand on it, but is in excellent condition. Single speed with coaster brake and front Sturmey Archer hub brake.
Bike can be viewed in Hoxton.
PM me if interested.
cheers,
evo

I was planning on selling my 60cm 1982 Raleigh Competition shortly.
531 (so you know it's awesome), Campag Gran Sport gear. Original Weinmann brakes had seized up and have been replaced with a Shimano 105 front and R450 rears. Here's a link to the original catalogue:

Mine is the one at the bottom (but with a white seat and white bar tape). Also, mine is more "Polar Green" than "Polar Blue" for some reason. I'll give it a clean on Saturday and put some pics up.
Gets me to and from work (6 mile round trip) on a daily basis and is lots of fun to ride.
I was thinking £150 would be about right for this piece of handbuilt English cycling history.
