Guys - what is the definitive beginners dough recipe for a gas Ooni?

I’ve looked all over this thread but there are many tweaks and variations.

Readers... but my partner teamed up with Pop Cycle Co and illustrated these bidons recently with a message for International Women's Day. They did a black and a transparent version.

Raise it as a dispute with PayPal.

How did it go with this recipe? We just made them and there was literally zero rise in the dough. Either 2g of yeast is not enough, or my scales are out, or maybe the water added to it was too warm...

Going to try with my starter next time.

Latest revision of my CAAD12. Added new Vittoria Corsas in 30c, Specialized Power saddle and a general overhaul. Been great getting on it post-lockdown here in Barcelona. Better photo to follow...

Which Ooni do you have? Not sure whether to go Pro or Koda 16.

Timings in that recipe are good. Be sure to finish with lots of butter at the end if you want that restaurant taste!

When you bleed the brakes, ensure to back the lever reach adjuster screw off. I found this out the hard way recently - it's literally impossible to push fluid through otherwise and the syringe will pop off and hydraulic fluid will go everywhere...

Also, I can't tell if your hoses are attached to your levers yet, but be very gentle when screwing them in. They screw into plastic which is very prone to cracking (don't ask how I know this...)
