Today I got my order from Cyclomondo, Australia. Copy of ALAN decals. I am disappointed with these decals.
I found the price high but reasonable, but the print (or hot ... ) quality rather poor.
I also doubt the colors.

My Columbus stickers look the shit. And I have some old Lewis path racer stickers that look fantastic.

I have some cheap doubles, possibly the same as the Soma ones and the ones in the orginal post... Bought from Chari & Co in NYC last November.
They are absolute crap. They have stretched and I constantly need to adjust the left one (my front foot when i skid). It always works loose.
They second ones look a lot better in terms of leather quality.

I saw this stuff a while ago, and showed to my girlfriend (who also rides fixed) and we both agreed that on the whole the idea is good, the product is not so good.
Like someone just discovered their mums bedazzler and started making ugly "bike related" accessories.
In saying that, it's more than I'll probably ever do.

70-80's Sugino crank arms with a modern chainring. You could buy them with the logo and fluting painted or do it yourself.
This combo looks really good.
Ray Dobbins has a very brief how-to guide to paint fluting etc here.
I'm so tempted to try it on my Sugino Super Mighty's. Looks fucking hot.

I go to Tokyo in about 5 weeks. I've heard that it's a lot harder than you think to get a frame from places like Punch because of the language barrier. I'm prepared to pay a little bit for a NJS frame (samson, nagasawa, etc), but I'm worried i may have trouble because my Japanese is limited to yes, no, hello and thank you.
Any tips and best places to get a Japanese track frame in 54cm?

Does anyone have Illustrator (or freehand etc) files of the Samson logo?
