What front wheel is that? Looks kind of like a Zipp 3000, but the valve is in the wrong spot and the profile is a little bit weird. Has it been 'shopped?

Thoughts on the MASH SSCX? I dig it and all the hipster-ness of it... If I had the cash and the need for a SS 'cross bike, I'd be all over it. Would be a fun as shit commuter.
