I usually ride a 50cm in most things, which normally ends up with my top tube around 53cm with whatever stem gets me where I need to be. An equally short friend reckons he gets away with a 52 in Spesh (he's got an S-Works which from what I can see the frame shape is pretty much the same)

I recently started running and I'm getting increasingly pissed off at having to keep popping my earbuds back in my ears every several strides.

They needn't be any better quality than the Apple earbuds, so hopefully that lowers the bar/cost a bit. All I listen to when I run are either podcasts or Radio4.

Crikey, that time of year again. Having spent a week riding in Yorkshire I'm not sure if I'll get a pass for this one. Depends on the date it falls on this year. I'll enquire :-)

Having ridden parts of that last stage during last week, in particular Grosmont and the climb coming out of Robin Hoods Bay it was nice to see the pros go up them and not make it look piss easy.

I managed to read 40 or so in 2014 and got 2015 off to a good start. I read Murakami's The Wind Up Bird Chronicle in May and that bloody book fucked with my head so much I barely read anything else all year.

For the best part of 6 months I've started several books and not managed to get past a couple of chapters. I recently read another Murakami (Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki) and finished it. Hurray - slump is over.

I'm now half way through Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell and starting on War & Peace. No way will I get anywhere near 40 books for the year though.

After a reading dry spell I started making a dent into Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell. 100+ pages in and really digging it so far.

Having missed watching TFA in cinemas and all the buzz surrounding I finally got round to watching the Rogue One trailer and fuck am I excite or what!
