Friedel has kept us from losing in both of our last games, would you bench him for someone who has been with the club for no more than two weeks, and will only have trained with the team for a few days? A lot has been made of this by the media, lots of complaints that Lloris should have played against West Brom, he wasn't even eligible.
As for Defoe, yes definitely not weak if you don't make space for your advanced midfielders to run into, and don't bother to look up when your team mate has made a good run in the box. His greed angers me so. Gallas got bullied by Holt and Lukaku.

Now that AVB actually has a (fairly) complete squad I hope we can crack on with the season. It feels like the media have been all to quick to jump on his back since we got rid of rent-a-quote. 3 games into the season and people are booing and saying he's out of his depth, get rid etc. Give me a break.
Edit: I should add that I don't think every decision he has made has been the right one

£115,000 a week and £2-4million pound loan fee and the refusal to insert a buying option of anything less than £14million can GTFO. He's good, but doing the math on the deal between £7-9m for one season, is too much - it could end up around £22-5million to keep him permanently.
Ah, but I did see you coming...

Hacked off about Sahin.
We weren't happy to be paying his princely wages and a loan fee on top. Liverpool aren't afraid to shake the cash stick at players, so they will sign him. He is a cracking player. In a midfield with Lucas and Allen it could work nicely, if Liverpool had any creative vision trequartistas or talented wide men.
Also Sahin and Podolski hate each other.

Now level 33. Rolling with my legendary dragonscale armour and various glass weapons. I noticed that my glass sword seems to do more damage on power attacks than my war axe despite the axe's rating being higher. Both have been fully smithed, and I have the axe portion of the one-handed constellation lit up, but not the sword one. Any explanation? Found fighting dragons at Winterhold fairly easy, there's always a mage or two around to help the cause, and if you stick around the main circle bit the either land on the roof or in the middle of it. They seem to mainly appear when I fast travel, and always at Riverwood!

^^ Oops that should be I've got my Elven armour at epic level. Isn't Daedric Armour heavy? And aren't Daedra hearts quite rare? I've been building up the light armour perk tree and none of the heavy armour one so it makes more sense for me to keep going with that.
I also have a question re: enchanting. Do you only have to charge weapons? -
I am fully addicted.
I have been furiously smithing so that I can get some legendary armour(so basically making lots of iron daggers), got my Elven armour to legendary, with a view to making dragonscale armour.
I found having Faendal from Riverwood as a follower quite helpful, as you can get him to train you in archery and then ask him to hold some stuff for you, take your money back. Rinse, repeat. Now level 26.

So I am a little late to the Skyrim party. My excuse is my playstation broke and money and various other things got in the way until now.
After playing for a few hours last night I'm now a level 6 High Elf, got the warrior stone and learnt my first dragon word after Bleak Falls Barrow. Decided I'm going to go down the warrior-mage route so building up smithing and one-handed as well as magicy stuff, also trying sneaky archery but don't know if I'm trying to be too much of a jack-of-all-trades? Anything I should be thinking about? -

Miles does your friend tattoo unknowns?
Not Sure, Joe, I'll have to ask. Let me get back to you.
right, so at the risk of sounding like a pussy i'm gonna just ask: did anyone else's leg jump about loads when getting tattooed? I've had much worse areas done (elbow completely coloured in, inside arms etc) but couldn't control my leg?
My leg didn't jump...
