then did it up really fucking tight and it stayed. Got new, better wheel builds and sprocket / lockring now which I have no problem with.

I think I'm down for that Calshot session with my Dad. Will be my first time on the Velodrome, only ridden Mount Batten centre in Portsmouth. I'm assuming its advised for a bit of coaching as I hear its rather steep. You can rent bikes there for £5 too right?

I don't know if it's my eyes, but I can't quite see the branding on the frame / rims / chainring. Anyone else have this problem?

Focusing on one thing and not looking down helps me, also sitting quite upright, and not putting much weight over the bars. I dont know if because im tall. I learnt years ago when I used to do bike trials, now I just practice in my room now and again.

I know what you mean, there was a bit mid way where it went very deep into a specific bit about politics where I got a bit bored / lost. thats a pain about caricature, We don't actually deal with the print and rarely get the posters ourselves! might be worth getting in contact with Optimum, the company who distributed it. I also know there were special edition beer bottles illustrated by Steadman… I unfortunately missed the exhibition, fell off a BMX and smashed my face up.

Gonzo is great isn't it, did you see the Ralph Steadman exhibition at the Curzon cinema? I was going to go to the opening on Friday, Steadman and Terry Gillingham were there. We handled the poster and shizz at our work, although it was pretty much just a rework of the American artwork… still a great documentary!

They have soyo long grips in many different colours, probably white.

yeah, white grey and black. it was on the london fixed gear flickr. My mate got one built up at Condor with the same pattern, looks great, spoke are sooo tight on it though…

not only that, looks like there would only be about 5mm or movement in the suspension anyway… and of course a lot of extra weight!
