saw a couple of interesting bikes this morning on my way to work near fenchurch st going onto london bridge going south of the river.
First was a girl on a green unbranded bike with pink rims and components,
Second was a guy riding the other way on a low pro with a disk brake on the front.

Ha, same. I used it once with a brake, it took the black off the edge of the little decal . So off came the brake and out came the sharpy. The wear wouldn't look so bad on the Silvers. Still, for the price I wouldn't want to fuck them up.

correct me if Im wrong, but I think the headtube is slightly machined on the inside to fit the cups in. If you hack that off, you re not going to be able to fit your cups in. again I'm not 100% sure but I remember that from my bike trials days.
