I would guess OPs one is actually a medium (56cm eff TT) as it looks quite a bit bigger than this example

Although, geo may have changed over the years. I know the wishbone style went from welded tubes to a cast unit in later versions

I’m starting to think this was a paid-for hit. The writing on the shell cases feels like an attempt to pin the killing on a dude with a grudge or idealistic motive. It was more likely a shareholder. I don’t even think the guy seen in the CCTV with his face shown is the shooter. Backpack is the wrong colour, and he has a hoodie under a non-hooded jacket. The shooter had a hooded jacket.

This is a rarely seen Merlin Cyclocross frame from the early 2000s. These were made in small quantities and only as custom orders.

I think it may have been an ex team bike .. Which might be why it has Litespeed decals as both companies had the same owner BITD (or maybe just because Merlin want $85 For new ones?! https://www.merlinbikes.com/shop/merlin-decal-325)

Very light, very sexy…. Excellent low-use condition, only very little scuffs. But the lower part of the down tube has a shallow dent.. on the LHS - perhaps from a badly fitting car roof carrier? It isn’t easy to spot, but it’s there. I have tried to make it look as obvious as possible on the images. It doesn’t look too bad, but if it bothers you, you might be able to pop it out with dry-ice or just fill and paint?

If you know your Ti, you’ll know Merlin is as good as it gets. Hand made the USA ..‘stack o’ dime’ welds etc.
