t.b. has dibs and should be meeting him tomorrow, will post up again if anything happens.
It's in great nick, exactly how it looks in the pictures. It's been used a little but no dents or dings.
It's a Pinarello, and it's £125. Just send a PM if you're interested and want to know any more, happy to oblige...

Explain this to me Luci. Is the tiny crank because it's a hill bike or am I missing some gearing genius somewhere...?

It's gear and shaft driven.

Almost a year to the day I bought this frame, I'm letting it go.
I never got round to building it up, realised it wasn't quite right for me but it took me a while to be bothered to take it home from work.
It's in exactly the same condition as it was when I bought it in this thread:-
http://www.lfgss.com/thread57318.html
It's been sat under my desk in the office all year. Alu frame with Carbon seat stays. It's got a square taper bottom bracket in it, dunno what it is, probs Shimano. Like I say, exactly how it was when I got it.
And you can have it for the same price - £125
It's in SE27, happy for you to come get it or I might be able to deliver / meet you halfway depending on where you are.
dibs, PM, whatever.

Disclaimer- this is my experience.
I find that (for me) cycling tends to work the muscles above the knee, and running below.
If I did mainly road miles, then went mountain biking (which for me involves a lot of standing up) my calves would be feeling it by the end of the day, also.
Since I have been running frequently my calves have grown a lot, signifying I suspect that I was probably not using them that much previously, when all I was doing was cycling.
+1 to this.

Having said all that, I have just read about people using an 11 speed rear mech and 11 speed chain on an all 10 speed setup and it working well....

The spacing between 10-speed and 11-speed is different, so they must have different amounts of cable pull, otherwise you'd never get the gears to index properly.
Not if the actuation ratio of the mech was different.
The 2011 10 speed mechs look more like the 2011 mechs, apparently the new design is 'better'. What it does mean though is that they are supposedly only compatible with 2011 shifters. So if that's the case and the cable pull is the same on 2011 10 speed and 11 speed, the actuation ratio on the mechs must be different.
Also, the new 2011 10sp shifters are all 'Power shift' - 3-up and 1 down shifting.
It seems to get worse every damn year.

My parents live in Amroth, lovely part of the world.
I rode the tour of pembrokeshire sportive in 2010, from pembroke I would suggest riding across to narberth and then north into the preselli hills.
if you ride around the coast, it's pretty much all up and down, there's not much flat...
