The second is that surely these days this sort of 'evidence' is completely useless given stuff like this is a 2 second search away: https://www.fakewhats.com/generator
Harder to fake a selfie of CH singing American Pie.

Erm, just no.
Firstly, not an engine,
Secondly, not even that reliable,
Thirdly, absolutely execrable build quality,
Finally, basically unrepairable.

There's a Pistonheads thread about this, and I think it concluded with the person going to an experienced retailer of all the different brands in the vacuum world.
Anyway the conclusion for battery-free models was that although the build quality is crap and they last 5 minutes nothing touches a Dyson for actual cleaning power. Sharks and the rest are simply not as good. But they are mostly better built and more repairable.
For corded models Miele are the best if you have things like animal hair to collect. Henrys are great if you have rubble and so forth. -

Toasters:
I'm a Dualit clockwork person myself, but my sister left some appliances in my London house (golf club) (she was renting it from us for the last 3 years). One of them is the Kitchen Aid "Artisan" toaster. It is a truly mental thing. It has motorised toast slots, not just for the up and down but also the bread thickness. You pop some bread in, it gives a little "bong" and then motorises the bread down into the toaster. Blinky lights count down until it's toasted, then it bongs and the toast slowly rises. And if you leave it in too long it descends again to keep it warm until you're ready to butter it. All these things are highly amusing but it's £300!
Some people have more money than sense, and I appear to be related to one of them.

Also if you can because real button holes, unbutton the first button of the sleeves.
I have even faked this with fake buttons by just sewing the first button to the outer not inner.
Much more elegant.Oh no. Unbuttoning your cuff buttons to show you have real cuff buttonholes is showing off and simply not done.
As for faking it on a suit that doesn't have them, absolutely not. That's one step away from wearing a fake Rolex. -
