Yeah, I heard today was meant to be the worst of it.
Its pretty poohy out there. Done 20 Miles today so far. Got to go out for another 8 a bit later. Getting real tired of taking my over trousers off over my boots though. Might just go in my underpants, towel off and put my clothes on when I get there... -

We are starting at the Mayor of Londons offices, next to tower bridge. So yes, east to west. Read the thread it tells you.
Wowa. No need to be mean. Its quite a long thread, and it keeps changing its mind. And I wasn't sure so I asked...
On the subject of rain. I like it. Despite the fact I end up looking like w waterproof chav its nice to ride in. Even less traction. Id prefer if it wasn't gailforce winds for the ride though, bridges tend to be windy at the best of times.
So yay to going back out now.

I'm new to the forum. Is it kool for me to come along. I don't know any one, but then thats why I wanna come and ride, cos I don't really know any one that rides (over 5 mph), and this looks like a hoot.
