i saw cmp33 28holes recently though. I'm pretty sure outspoken had them and it'll be worth sending them an email.
Randomly, I don't suppose you fancy going halfers on these do you? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=300277583126&_trksid=p3907.m32&_trkparms=tab%3DWatching I only need one and they are in america but they are beauties. Slightly brown.

I bought one of these in a 46:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Brand-New-Sugino-45t-130pcd-Alloy-Chainwheel_W0QQitemZ380084151787QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR?hash=item380084151787&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Brand-New-Sugino-43t-130pcd-Alloy-Chainwheel_W0QQitemZ380084152118QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_sportsleisure_cycling_bikeparts_SR?hash=item380084152118&_trksid=p3911.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1301|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1318It arrived quickly and it does the job. It didn't have any sugino branding or packaging but it's probably meant for a double or tripple chainset so probably wouldn't.

just an idea, but you might be able to fine tune it better by changing the chainring rather than the sprockets. if it's 3/32 they are usually pretty cheap.
i suppose it depends where the axle is in the dropouts. if it's near the back, get a bigger chainring; if it's near the front, get a smaller sprocket.

You've probably seen this info before but for some reason I knew it was there so thought I should share. There's a geometry diagram with sizes on the wiggle site:
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/Cycle/7/Cinelli_Vigorelli_Track_Frameset/5360033410/
You could compare that with your current bike.
