No was done by a local car body shop (on the IOM) who has never done a bike before. But for £20.00 sheets and I have the tools clear the thread, so not bad me thinks.

Just got my frame back from the "decorators". Just need a few more bits and then the build will begin. just unsure as to whether or not to source some decals? As always al thoughts appreciated.

I got it of a guy who raced it in the 1990 Commonwealth games for the IOM team. It's getting a respray as we speak. The decals were stencilled on so not really sure what frame it actually is. but it should do for a first ss build.

Looking for a chain tensioner and have seen whats on offer above.

Ok so BB not so hot. Chain tensioners are the way forward. Should I ask here ( and risk upsetting people/hippy) or should I find the thread about them and continue from there.

Was thinking of getting one of these for a 1990 peugeot road bike. Are they any good and what are the alternatives. The bike has vertical drop outs and I don't fancy cutting them out and having horizontals welded in.

Dare i mention chain tensioners (for a SS not for a fixie) and if so whats the best!

It was reading a copy of this that made me want to get a frame and build one up. Should help the MTB training and make picking the nipper up from chool alot more fun.
