what gear is she running?, i tried to get my girlfriend riding fixed but had to settle for singlespeed in the end as she didnt like "having to pedal ALL the time" !

didn't cost that much, £150 for the frame including powdercoat, the seat and saddle bag cost a bit but my wife's grandad worked for Brooks for a long time so thought it was a nice touch

yeh cool although im beginning to think the decathlon poles arnt all that good, my LOOK pole is still totally straight but my decathlon one is pretty wavey like 2 big dents causing bends,i think there ok but it might be useful checking ebay/charity shops, my look ones were only £6 with a few pound postage so no price difference really, i saw the convoy of post men! were you across the road from me

i got some mallet making pipe, the guys at the roadworks in withington let me have some, enough for 5 5' heads. thing is i dont have any tools to make them...

we will have enough mallets fot thursday, il exchange numbers then and help you make them sometime before the next week if thats cool,
