Sold!
Nice simple and unfussy build. Spec as follows:
Frame - Raleigh 531c, debrazed and powdercoated in a light battleship type grey. Measures: seat tube 57cm ctt, top tube 56cm ctc.
Wheels - Miche Supremacy (fixed /free). Black hubs/rims, silver spokes. Semi deep V profile. Gatorskins 700x23.
Cog - Condor branded 16t 1/8.
Cranks - Sugino RDs, 170mm. Sugino Messenger 42t 1/8 chainring.
Chain - KMC 1/8th, newly fitted.
BB - Sugino, 68x103. Little use.
Headset - tange, newly fitted.
Brake lever - RH Dirty Harry - newly fitted.
Brake caliper - Tektro
Saddle - Wingflex Pave HP, newly fitted.
Seatpost - Condor, 27.2mm.
Stem - 3ttt, 90mm. pretty scratched on top.
Bars - Fuji track, 25.4mm clamp, 420mm wide.
Tape - Fizik, newly applied.Downsides, not many. I've fudged the driveside crank removal in the past and damaged the first 1 or 2 threads. Not a problem to remove the cranks, just requires a little finesse. The powdercoater left a spot of the old paint on the underside of the top tube and powdercoated over. About a third the size of a 5 pence piece. Convieniently its exactly where I needed the top tube protector to be!
A nice subtle build with new and old components. The stem and cranks show the teethmarks of use, though only superficial. The drivetrain is effectively new.
I've estimated the build to have cost c.£330, using actual prices paid and estimated values for bits already in my possession.
As such, offers over £300 would be grand.

would a Spesh Langster be an option?
2007 (brown), 56cm.
Stock (not as pictured) with a couple of changes - bull bars or trackbars (buyers choice), cross top lever / tt lever (again buyers choice) and a tiagra front caliper. new cane creek is2 cartridge headset in lieu of the rubbish they send it out with. newish bb and chain too.
I swapped the wheels out early so not too much use on them, very little use since a Cavendish hub service and retrue.
bad points, some might say "it's a langster..." a few scratches and scrapes, all straight and true though. I have in my cack handed way stripped the first thread or two on one of the crank arms. Not a problem, just requires a little finesse.
£200ono.
pics as I have it at the moment in my album here, though as pictured it's got stuff on it (forks, cranks, saddle) that I won't be selling.

Size 56. Great condition with just a few paint chips & scratches. Comes with really nice Campy Chorus headset. One of the dropout adjusters has been sheared off but if interested for an extra £10 I can let you have a new pair still in the packet.
Size: 22 inches ctt - seat tube. 21.5 inches ctc top tube.
£120 ono.
Ta.
The wheels and cranks were on a langster I commuted on. I put the saddle on a month ago and haven't ridden it other than a quick blast around the block.
I bought the frame with the intent to build and sell as I had a few half hearted attempts to sell the langster with zero success.
I built it on Thursday, other than a shakedown ride around the block it's not been ridden.
I've only room for one road bike (as I have a good MTB and a shopper with a kiddie seat on) and am spending most of my time on a lovely old geared Raleigh.
If i had the room I'd keep it as it's built with lots of good kit, has fixings and room for mudguards, and would make a great year round commuter.
You're very welcome to come around and have a look, a test ride and a cuppa.
