@Velocio yeah, it really does pack down to nothing, and provides enough warmth that you dont need arm warmers. The double zip is what makes the temp regulation work for me.

The insulated gilet is one piece of kit that i didn't think i needed, but use soooooo much. Its amazing.
That doesn't help you at all @velocio. Apologies. -
There is no 'one' solution for cramp, and that's what is so goddamn frustrating about it. If i switch from road to mtb, i get savage cramp in the adductors and it has nothing to do with hydration, fuel or stretching... On other days, i'll cramp up because its hot and i haven't taken any electrolytes.

If Cav does get another stage, i will be over the moon.
I think i heard it on the Cycling Podcast, but i did find it interesting that its quite common for riders who takes the first sprint in the Tour, often go on to take 3 or 4 stages, possibly because of the confidence that is gained from taking the first scalp (Greipel took 4 last year, Kittel took 4 in 2014) -

@sumo - saved that link, and you'd be well within your rights to give me the 'let me google that for you' dig. Thanks!

Team 210 are down to one man. George will continue solo after Duffy had to scratch with Achillies injury...
