from another point of view how many times some vehicles pushed me to a side, that I had to break like a madman, jump on the pavement or slam into a vehicle. today, for example, some prick driving a white van with lithuanian number plates (left hand drive) pushed me to a side with a metal fence. i was inches away. some other riders are new to this and their reaction would be the same.

oh shit, I used to work at gray's inn road and cycle there and back everyday. who knows who's fault was it. i know we all are on the cyclists side, but who knows... often i see some cyclists trying to go straight ahead from the left lane, when a cars, vans and lorries are clearly indicating in advance, that they're turning left. but still, poor cyclists.

Whereabouts? That's pretty harsh, filth got nothin' better to do 'round your way on a Saturday night? Sounds nasty mate, sorry to hear that... I'd get some lights if I were you, I wouldn't ride without them... Did they nick your stash? ;)
Roman Road / Globe Road junction. I have to talk to a friend of mine - he's a lawyer. ;)

My first post, not very positive, but had to share it with you lot.
Just went for a ride with a mate (about 10pm). Got stopped by old bills for not stopping on the white line in front of the traffic light, thought I stopped a little after that line. They blocked the street in front of us with their van and told us to go back to a white line, when the light went green 4 times during this stupid procedure. Then they went off. We started to ride where we were headed, then out of nowhere the same van pulled out and tried to stop me, friend got away, coz he was in front of me, I got blocked and tried to make a u turn and get away, but the old bill jumped on me and handcuffed me.
The fucking cunts went through my pockets, checked my phone's imei number, the serial number on bike's frame and asked me if i had any drugs on me. Took a picture of me, gave me a ticket for 30 quid (for riding without lights) and were treating me like a mug.
Fuck that shit.
