Hi Spicep1,
Many thanks for your compliments and advice. I hear you, I guess I should have put it on Ebay but kinda wanted to try LFGSS to keep it in the UK, pref London. Funnily enough I have had a lot of interest from HK but have also heard some horror stories selling in those neck of the woods ie, customs, months before see payment etc etc...It's with a heavy heart I'm selling the frame, needs must. I'm not up for making a killing, just want a fair price, someone to ride and enjoy it.
Ride safe ;-)

Hi all,
I'm selling my Mercian track frame, size 48cm centre to top. I'm moving and need the space and as I've barely ridden this frame (no more than 5 times), it might as well go to a new home... The frame is in mint condition with only a slight chip to the paint around the seat collar and a slight blemish on the chrome (see pics). I'm looking for offers around £500 inc Campag Record headset. Just thought I'd post on here before it goes on ebay. Any questions please ask. Cheers, DavSeat tube C to T 48cm
Seat Tube C to C = 46cm
TT C to C = 50.5cm
Head tube = 8cm
Rear drop out = 12cm -

i love old school grainy photos, im liking the straight forks and the original aerospoke being repped, but why keep the 2 brake leavers if theres only 1? or is it just for the symmetry ?
Isn't that Martin Pyne? Class time trialist. Seem to remember the frame being flo pink, an absolutely stunning bike.

I looked into getting hold of a Master Pista at the beginning of the year. 'Officially' this frame isn't available to UK/Europe, (Maestro, nor any of his contacts, could get hold of one), that said I didn't look into a custom build mind so... I know Wrench Science in the US sells the Master Pista with carbon forks, I'm sure you could get them to replace it with the Prescia fork.
Colnago/Windwave were selling the Master with track ends in Saronni colours but this was purely with single speed fittings/geometry. I understand Colnago had a certain amount of frames 'knocking around' and Windwave got them to paint them up.
As I said, this was at the beginning of the year so hopefully the situation has now changed for the better!!!
For what it's worth, I've a Master in Saronni colours (with gears) and it is a stunning frame, if you can get hold of one it won't disappoint.
