wouldn't expect a penny back if you go through the paypal/ebay complaint route....unless you paid via paypal and a credit card, then talk to your credit card company. it's the only way i got money back from a fraudulent seller, even after the police got involved e-bay and paypal didn't give a monkeys. they wouldnt even ban him. f'kin useless.

Extremely easy. Used a standard drill, took a while to go through but was spot on. Just mark where you need to go through after you've gone through the first side. I felt quite bad about ruining a never used pair of track forks but they weren't mine so didn't bother me......that much.
You'd be better off buying this:

Hi,
I need some cheapish hubs for a wheel build and have always run Miche Primato's and been completely happy with them. For the new build i need fixed/fixed and have seen the Miche X-Press hubs...anyone had any experience with them, build quality as good as the Primato's or just go for the SJS double fixed?
Thanks! -
