Is magnetisation of old automatic watches really a thing? Son's watch is a bit too fast even though it is recently serviced and regulated.
I can see plenty of ways it could have been close to magnets since. Including headphone speakers and the like. I think it makes a compass needle move a little when held close too.
Are the cheap degaussers at amazon worth a shot? What are better but not too expensive euro sources? -

I've become the kind of person who buys a complete new set of brakes when the pads are worn out.
Scrolling back a bit, I realized I haven't changed a single bit on the bike for last six years. Apart from chain and tyres when worn out.
I still use it every day when I'm not sick or wfh.
The youngest is also starting to enjoy the expensive bike life. -

Dear thread
Our son was gifted a resin printer this weekend so we're starting playing around with the stuff. The printer is an anycubic photon m5.
His first chosen test print consists of a bunch of parts that ate supposed to be fitted together. First impression is that they don't fit very well so I was wondering how much of a thing shrinking/expansion after printing is? Does it vary between machines or resins? Or if there are other obvious causes? -

Thanks.
I think about 15-20 minutes fast over a week. Before I tried to regulate it down a bit. Now it's 10 minutes per week.
I prefer to try to regulate to his use pattern if that makes sense.
