Use washers to space out the rear hub, can't get any cheaper than that

I use Deezer, it knows what I like and is really simple to use, which helps.

I work for waitrose and a few months ago in the food illustrated magazine a mistakenly advertised a£20 bottle of whiskey for £6, in some stores this price was honoured but in mine it was just withdrawn from sale until the advertised offer was over, not sure if one was sold at that price before withdrawing or not. Also waitrose, and I assume all retailers have to do legality checks on products to ensure they are the correct price.
As far as I'm aware, if a ticket states a price than that has to be honoured for that product.

These things I find are pretty hand
My tyre's are a complete bitch to get on and off, got me some of these and they did the trick. unfortunately I have still managed to wreck one so they are by no means indestructable. Great if you have a puncture in the middle of no where tho. Time to invest in some workshop tyre levers I think?

I've just ordered one of these and I have no idea how to fit it.... Does it need a press like an headset? or does it just sit in? It's going into an old road frame 68 shell, 110 wide for a conversion.
I've been looking to get one of those, let us know how it goes. My BB shell is stripped but it still works fine (i think anyway) but would likely invest in a threadless if it all went wrong.

I'm a student in Edinburgh and have a six mile ride to uni but today I decided to study at home, which was a bad idea cos I feel crap and have spent half the day cleaning little bits on my bike and eating crap, really missed that six mile dash today and destroying the fair weather fannies on their hybrids. It really wakes me up and much better then getting the disease riddled bus, plus I think I work better after a bit of excercise and don't have the distraction of cleaning the flat and bikes and making food and facebook et al.
Yeah me too, my bro just bought me new pedals and need some 2 cleat hole shoes, looking at something like this
I would need them to be walkable but still stiff to put the power down, is that too much to ask?
