I think I also spotted/spied edscoble today on tottenham court road as I saw your DEAF bag.
So many fixed gear bikes to ogle at, not used to it in Manchester.
10 minutes from getting into London, hit a huge pothole carrying 20kg backpack = puncture. But an amazingly nice cyclist on singlespeed lent me a patch, shortly after I dropped and cracked my phone. busy hour through london.

I have a 120mm fixed/free Phil Wood hub and have 2 130mm phil wood spacers that I have to swap with the current 120mm sized ones. The problem is I can only get the left hand sided spacer off ( I'm using two 8mm allen keys), the one on the right just turns the axle and i can't work out how to unscrew it, any help would be much appreciated.
Apologies if it has been said before but I searched without luck.

I recently flew from London to Johannesburg with Iberia Airlines. I only found out at the airport that they have now changed their baggage allowance to two bags of 23kg each (46kg). I'm not sure of any other airline with such a flexible allowance.
This is for journeys to destinations outside of Europe. If I'd known I could now be riding my bike along the coast of Cape Town. But hopefully someone else can benefit from such a generous offer.
p.s. they're a very unreliable airline though and my own flight was delayed 7 hours, but they are recommended if rude flight attendants are your thing or you like the challenge of straining at a tv five rows in front to watch a film out in the cinemas, 5 years ago.

I have a Lazer Big magma. Its really big, and does nothing to tone down my large head which makes me find excuses not to wear it.
Apparently helmets which have points, i.e. which aren't continuous across the whole helmet make it less easy for it to slide on the ground which puts pressure on the neck. fact. more or less.
how much track stuff do they usually have? I'm frame and stem hunting
