Because all fuzz are bent, ego-tripping , lying arseholes who won't do anything about crimes that they deem beneath them to investigate, yet are quite willing to fuck you over on jumped up charges if it's an easy collar with little effort from themselves.
I don't have much regard for our police force....

Dude, If it's VB's forum, and he administers it or whatver, then surely he doesn't need grounds to ban you. As far as I am aware, there is no hard and fast rules as to who and on what grounds you can ban from your own forum. After giving it the big one about the DPA and so on, now have a beer, smoke, joint, valium or whatever floats you to chill out and karma can be restored.
So what do you prefer, SS or fixed??

Or give up a Christmas one year and work at a homeless shelter like Crisis. Opens your eyes massively, you get to meet some really cool people (alongside the more "colourful" types), is pretty good fun, and educates you properly about stuff like drugs and alcaholism more than any other way possible. Would do it again in an instant if it wasn't for my line of work and parents getting old (need to be around them at Christmasses now).
Good on you Mongrel

Fantastic!!
I am a newbie to this single speed / fixed malarky, should be picking up my new custom built flip-flop thing from BLB on Sunday after various conversations with mates and pissing around in London Fields park last weekend. Found this site and have to say, what a fricking laugh.
Thought I'd check this thread out to see what was what and in 297 replys I have learnt several things about riding bikes that I never knew before:
1) You need to balance of the two wheels
2) You need more friction between rubber and tarmac in the wet
3) pedalling allows tou to go forwards
4) When cornering, the front wheel is vaguely important
Chars guys, hope to see some of you at the Dove at some point soon?
