Selling my road bike and some parts as I never ride it anymore. Have split the bits straight away as the frame is a bit too knackered to sell but everything else works. There is a full group set there, all you need to do is add a frame/fork so I will sell everything together if you like. Will be around £200 for the lot depending on what bits you want/don't need.
I'm in Newcastle so postage will need to be added to the prices. Or you can collect if you're local.
Parts left are...
Campagnolo Mirage 9 speed cassette and 9 speed chain, campag fitting, pretty much brand new, bought a few weeks ago and ridden about 50 miles. Chain and cassette for £25
Rear Shimano Tiagra brake. £10
Campagnolo Mirage chain set, 170mm, square taper, 53/39, comes with campag crank bolts. Chainrings are starting to wear a bit but still have life in them. £20
Campagnolo Veloce 9 speed shifters, good condition, and work fine. Part of the plastic has snapped off under the hood of the right lever where the cables go in. This happened from removing and fitting the levers, you can't see it and the cables still fit in fine. £40
Deda big logo stem, 26.0mm bar clamp, 1''1/8th steerer clamp, 90mm long, not sure about the rise but looks about 10°. £10
Brakes, Derailleurs

A friend is looking for a camera, most likely second hand as his budget is low (around £150). It needs to be light and small as it is for traveling. A manual mode would be good as he wants to learn a bit about how to take 'proper pictures'. He was looking at the Nikon 1 J1 or possibly a Lumix GF1. Thoughts/recommendations?

Nice one, really like those, the place just looks amazing. Japan is definitely at the top of my list of places to go.

Fantastic photos. Just my kind of photography. I was tempted to get an X-E1 recently
Thanks. I was deciding between the X-E1 with the 35mm and the X100. In the end I got the X100 as it was cheaper but think the 50mm equivalent would have been too restrictive. Plus I really like having an OVF, even though the EVF on both cameras are great.

So I recently decided to just sell all my DSLR stuff and get a Fuji X100. Absolutely amazing little camera, definitely don't miss carrying around a full frame body and L glass all day. The focal length is great too, only thing I was worried about was having a wide option for landscapes and stuff though the panoramic function seems to work really well for that sort of thing.
Anyway, some shots from my recent wander about China...
